Preamble
We, Filipinos and Filipino-Americans residing in Escambia County, Florida, wanting to
form a strong union in order to protect our mutual interests, preserve our cultural
heritage, improve our social and economic well-being and achieve better understanding
among Filipinos, Filipino-Americans and other nationalities, do hereby promulgate this
